For mortgage brokers and brokerages

Website for mortgage brokers

A homebuyer or an owner up for renewal compares before calling. They want to understand what you do that their bank doesn't, how much they could save, and whether they can reach you in the evening. Our mortgage broker templates answer those questions, and you update your rates yourself when the market moves.

What a mortgage broker website needs to show

What convinces a borrower to hand you their file instead of signing their bank's renewal letter.

Broker or bank: the difference

A table that compares, line by line, what you do that a bank branch doesn't: number of lenders, negotiation, follow-up (Standard).

A mortgage payment calculator

Visitors adjust the amount, rate and amortization, and see their monthly payment. Plus a borrowing capacity estimator based on income and debts (Pro).

Rates and savings, in real numbers

What half a point saves over five years (Standard), a rate comparison by lender type (Pro and Pro+), always marked "for illustration only".

Your services, case by case

First home, renewal, refinancing, self-employed, second property: everyone finds their situation.

The steps up to closing

From the first call to closing, with the list of documents to prepare: clients know what to expect.

Your availability, evenings and weekends

Several time slots per day, closures and holidays in one click; the site shows "Open" or "Closed" based on your office's local time.

A pre-approval request

A button that calls or emails you (Standard), or a form where clients pick their project (Pro and Pro+). The request arrives by email.

Paid services, à la carte

Financial review, home-buying plan, first-time buyer guide: sold online and paid by card (Pro+).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my clients request a pre-approval online?

They send you a request through the form and pick their project: purchase, renewal or refinancing (Pro and Pro+). The request arrives by email and you call them back. No financial documents go through the website.

Can I update my rates myself when the market moves?

Yes: click a rate or an example and change it. The "for illustration only, subject to lender approval" notice is edited the same way.

Does the payment calculator actually work?

Yes, with the Pro plan: visitors move the amount, rate and amortization sliders, and the monthly payment updates. The Services page adds a borrowing capacity estimator.

How do clients choose a good mortgage broker?

They look at your experience, how many lenders you compare, what your clients say and how clearly you explain things. Your website shows all of it: background, numbers, testimonials, steps. Add your license number if your region requires it.

Can my site be in both English and French?

Yes: in English, in French, or in both languages, your choice.
