This policy applies to every plan (Standard, Pro, Pro+), every billing period (monthly, yearly, 3 years) and purchases made on eBay.

1. Thirty days to change your mind

You can cancel and request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. For an eBay purchase, the 30 days count from the purchase date on eBay, even if you activate your site later.

2. The domain name is not refundable

If a domain name was bought for you, its cost (plus taxes) is deducted from the refund, and the domain is yours: we transfer it to your Namecheap account on request. Example: plan paid $283 plus taxes, domain $18 plus taxes, refund of $265 plus the corresponding taxes.

If you skipped the domain step and no domain was bought, the refund is complete.

3. After 30 days

No refund. You can cancel at any time from your management area: your site stays online until the end of the period already paid (month, year or 3 years, counted from your signup date). Your domain name is transferred to your Namecheap account, right away or at the end of the period, your choice. Its renewal is then up to you.

4. eBay purchases

Refund requests go through eBay, within 30 days of the purchase. The same rules apply, including the deduction of the domain name if one was bought for you.

5. Hourly-billed changes

Hourly-billed code modifications are payable before the work is carried out and are non-refundable once the work has begun.

6. How to request a refund

Contact us through the Contact page with your account email. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
