Can my clients book an appointment online?
They send you a request through the contact form (Pro and Pro+): it reaches you by email and you set up the meeting yourself. In the Standard template, they call or email you with one tap.
Can I show my fees without committing to an exact price?
Yes: you show starting prices ("from $95") and a note explaining what makes the price vary. The estimator in the Pro template also states that the price is confirmed at the meeting.
Can clients send me their documents through the site?
No, the site has no document upload. You explain how you work (email, a platform you already use, in person) in the section that describes your process.
Can I change my hours during tax season?
Yes: you create a seasonal schedule in your dashboard, with its start and end dates. The site shows the right hours at the right time, and the "Open / Closed" status follows.
Is the domain name included?
Yes, .com or .ca, as long as your subscription is active.
