Website grants in Quebec: what actually exists in 2026
Looking for a grant to build your business website? Many pages still mention a $2,400 grant… that no longer exists. Here is the real status of the programs, who they are for, and what is left for a small business.
Closed: the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP)
It was the website grant: $2,400 to grow your online presence, plus a $15,000 stream for business technology.
The program no longer accepts new applications. In Quebec, applications have not been accepted since September 30, 2024, and no relaunch has been announced.

Open, but for larger businesses
ESSOR, streams 1B and 1C (Investissement Québec)
- Who: businesses with 250 employees or fewer and at least $2.5M in revenue.
- What: 50% of a digital assessment (up to $20,000), then of its implementation (up to $50,000).
- Until: the program ends on March 31, 2027.

Mon succès numérique (CCTT Network)
- Who: SMEs with 500 employees or fewer, non-profits and cooperatives.
- What: up to $11,200 (50% or 35% depending on length) for a digital process or product project, carried out with a college technology transfer centre.
- Note: building or redesigning a website and SEO are excluded.

Regional and municipal funding
Some Community Futures (SADC), regional county municipalities and cities offer one-off funding, sometimes for digital projects. It varies by region and changes often: ask your local SADC or your city's economic development office.

A deductible subscription
