The founder
Karine Bélisle
A physiotherapist for 13 years, Karine founded Mouvement Plus in 2012 after working with high-level athletes. That experience still shapes her approach: rigorous follow-up, clear goals, and guidance that pushes every patient toward their full potential. Today she leads a team that shares the same conviction: rehabilitation works better with a precise plan and consistent follow-up.
